CEAC Working Group Files CCA Policy Recommendations Report
At the urging of CLP last year, a state-level working group that reports to the PSC's Clean Energy Advisory Council (CEAC) was created for the purpose of assessing the barriers, limitations, and opportunities for Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) in New York and making recommendations to the PSC and NYSERDA for policy and program changes to better align support the shift to a locally-based clean energy system.
CLP Delivers 1,500 “New Year’s” Postcards to the PSC Opposing the Central Hudson Rate Hike
On January 18th, along with Poughkeepsie-based Nobody Leaves Mid-Hudson (NLMH), CLP delivered over 1,500 postcards from Central Hudson residential customers to the Public Service Commission (PSC), presenting “New Year’s resolutions” for the Commission to consider when deciding the Central Hudson rate case, expected in late spring.
