The NYS PSC has enabled Community Choice Aggregation in New York State, taking an important step toward empowering communities over energy decision-making. CLP has been a leading advocate in the state for enabling the 2.0 version of CCA, which focuses on localizing clean energy investments, and will continue to work at both state and local levels to ensure that CCA realizes its full potential to increase local jobs, make energy more affordable, and reduce our costly dependence on fossil fuels.
