The Town of Rosendale Environmental Commission prepared a preliminary analysis of the local resources potentially impacted by the proposed pipelines, which will be used to inform the Town’s comments on the Scoping Document as well as the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, which will come later in the process. The analysis can be found here, and can provide a useful model for other municipalities as they prepare for participation in the SEQR review of this project.
