CLP submits comments to PSC on issues of electricity regulatory reform

CLP today submitted comments to the PSC in response to a request for input by NYS Department of Public Service (DPS) Staff for input on a number of important questions relating to electricity regulatory reform intended to move New York toward a cleaner, more decentralized and “distributed energy system.”  In addition to addressing these questions, our comments also call for more meaningful public participation in the reform process, and for addressing the disproportionate influence that utilities and ESCOs have in the stakeholder Working Groups established by the PSC to provide input on regulatory reforms.
