CLP Director Jen Metzger today presented on the different models of CCA around the country for a webinar hosted by the NYS Department of Environmental Commission’s Climate Smart Communities series. She was joined by Kelly Connell and Ted Kelly from the NYS Department of Public Service, who walked through the provisions of the PSC’s Order enabling CCA in New York.
